Kevin K. Ho, Esq.

Kevin, originally from Iowa City, Iowa, has a diverse and impressive background. He has been an invited commentator and expert on San Francisco’s housing market for many years, regularly contributing to the San Francisco Chronicle Sunday Real Estate section and appearing on local television news to share his insights on real estate trends and developments.

As the designer of the team, Kevin often advises clients on property refinements that enhance value and well-being, with results frequently exceeding expectations. His love for design, including interior and graphic design, shines through in the more than 1,200 YouTube home walk-through videos he has produced.

Kevin’s journey began helping with the family business, a Chinese restaurant that later expanded into real estate holdings. He earned a BA from Washington University in St. Louis, followed by a Master’s degree from the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies, where he lived in the U.K. for a time. After returning to the U.S., he earned a law degree from U.C. Berkeley’s School of Law (Boalt Hall).

Fluent in Cantonese, Kevin was a reporter and blogger before attending law school. He still maintains his law license “just in case,” having practiced as a business attorney and mediator in San Francisco, including five years with the City’s Office of Citizen Complaints, handling citizen disputes with the SFPD. In 2010, Jonathan suggested a shift to real estate, and it has proven to be a great decision. Together, they’ve built a thriving, thoughtful real estate practice known for helping clients meet and exceed their real estate goals which has propelled them into the ranks of San Francisco’s top 100 and top 50 agents. 

Kevin is the chatty one with the “vision” thing, and his casual, approachable style makes him a favorite with clients (though Mr. Raffi might give him a run for his money).
