Why We Use Infographics in Real Estate
We love infographics. And we love making them too.
Maybe it’s Kevin’s ADD or our ADD society in general, but we frequently create and update our collection of custom crafted infographics. Unlike typical low-quality infographics you may come across from realtor associations, ours have been made so Kevin can enhance his Adobe Illustrator skills while allowing us to delve into San Francisco’s housing market data. Our analysis ranges from micro-level insights like properties falling out of escrow to broader trends that significantly impact the entire city and Bay Area.
By using, researching and making our infographics, we are playing homage to art of graphic design and its relevance in the realm of real estate. Kevin, a former attorney turned real estate agent, discovered his knack for attention to detail through his work in this field. Crafting our own infographics allows us to illustrate relevant information to our clients and community. It is an extension of our general approach to design, aesthetics and purposeful balance. It’s something we have deep respect for and something that resonates especially well with many people who work with us. In fact, quite a few of our cherished clients happen to be talented graphic designers themselves.
It’s no coincidence that the of all the homes Kevin and Jonathan see, the most impactful are often those created by or for graphic designers, architects, contractors and owners who wholeheartedly invest their time and effort into perfecting every detail they can. Many times, the details (and how they’re crafted and executed) are the design. Ponder that!
So, get ready to immerse yourself in collection of our infographics, maps, charts and other ephemera.
Enjoy!
Tracking Our Market
