What the Sellers Loved About No. 203, the Building and the Area
We asked our clients to tell us a little more about what they loved about the area and here‘s what they said.
• WALKABLE & CONVENIENT: Short walking distance to Fillmore shops and restaurants, Japantown, Laurel Village, and NoPa. Central in SF so it’s easy to get to different neighborhoods. Tech shuttle stop nearby. We’re also nearer to Trader Joe‘s, Bi-Rite, Mollie Stones.
• FAMILY AND PET FRIENDLY: Lots of parks and playgrounds nearby for kids and dogs Alta Plaza was our favorite and has an amazing view
• WORLD CLASS HEALTHCARE NEARBY: Right by UCSF, Kaiser, One Medical, and CPMC. Makes doctor’s appointments super easy, especially if you have little ones.
• GREAT AMENITIES: Sky deck, gym, on site security, and on site property manager. There’s also a community room you can rent out for events! We’ve hosted birthday parties and baby showers in our community room.
• GREAT FOOD: For bakeries, James Beard award winning b patisserie (get the kouign amanns and granola) and Jane the Bakery (get the nutella brioche and any of their breads). For easy lunches/dinners, El Burrito Express (get the Norcal) and Opa (the chicken shawarma or gyro plate). For fancier meals out, Michelin Starred restaurants State Bird Provisions, SPQR, and Sorrel. We also really loved The Progress and Daeho.
